Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange or store credit policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to exchange or receive store credit on unworn tagged clothing, no store refunds, sorry for any inconvenience.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. You're responsible for shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately once received or day of purchase to see if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.
No Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as undergarments, socks, hats, jewelry and accessories), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
ALL CUSTOM DESIGNS AND CUSTOM ALTERATION ORDERS ARE FINALIZED ON DATE OF PICKUP AND ARE COMPLETE AFTER CLIENT CONFIRMS SATISFACTION, ONCE CLIENT MAKE PAYMENT AND SIGN THEIR SIGNATURE FOR GARMENT/PRODUCT IT SERVES AS A BINDING AGREEMENT OF SERVICES RENDERED AND CLIENT AGREES TO TERMS OF NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES AFTER PURCHASE HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or use store credit from exchanged item.
Shipped Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited of your original payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time to receive your shipped items.
